Comfortable stopover on a long journey

Arriving at the Mercure Bourg En Bresse Hotel was a relief after a long day of traveling. The hotel was easily accessible from the motorway, and the room exceeded our expectations with its comfort. The breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including an appealing option to fry our own eggs, which made for a delightful start to the day. the restaurant ambiance was pleasant, allowing us to unwind with tasty food and attentive service after a day on the road.

Comfortable work areas in rooms were useful for our needs.

I was extremely frustrated with the restaurant's closure on Sunday, which left us with no dining options at the hotel. the billing errors at checkout were infuriating, as we were charged for breakfast that we never had. To top it all off, the front desk staff’s dismissive attitude during this ordeal was utterly disappointing.

Had a really enjoyable stay with a nice big room and clean bathroom. The outside terrace was perfect for relaxing, and I loved being able to unwind in the sun. Only downside was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 🌞

Loved the spacious room with comfy sofa bed. Air con worked great. The bathroom had all the essentials like shampoo and conditioner. Super clean and quiet. Parking was easy. Breakfast had a cool fry your own egg option. Friendly staff were a plus too.
